Description:
An electrical insulator designed to eliminate arcing between a metal cabinet and electronic components. The die cut part is scored, perforated and has cut outs for a three dimensional configuration. The large center cutout is for a LCD display.
Application:
Telecommunications Power Supply.
Material Used:
.030 inch thick UL 94V0 flame retardant polypropylene plastic.
Other Materials:
Other thickness and other materials such as Lexan and Valox.
Tolerances:
± .010 inch
Production Rates:
1,000 parts per hour with existing tooling.
