Complete set of gaskets cut in one operation. This unique nested set of gaskets was developed by working with the customer to reduce cost by producing the complete set in one operation. This reduced piece part price by reducing labor and minimizing material waste.
Application:
DC motor speed control
Material Used:
.125 inch thick open cell polyurethane foam with pressure sensitive adhesive applied to one side to aid in installation.
Other Materials:
Closed cell sponge in other thicknesses.
Tolerances:
± .015 inch
Production Rates:
2,500 sets per hour with existing tooling.
