Die Cut Anti-Skid Feet for Telephone
Description:
Small precision die cut parts from a rubber like material with a high strength pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) on one side. These parts are kiss-cut on a waxed paper and arranged in groups of 2,500 for ease of assembly and inventory accounting.
Application:
Feet for a telephone base. These parts help prevent the telephone from sliding and marring furniture. These types of parts find use on other appliances, household items, and office accessories where non marring, low cost rubber like feet are needed.
Material Used:
2.5 mm thick millable urethane with a 3 mill high strength PSA on one side.
Other Materials:
Other non marking rubber or high density foam.
Tolerances:
± .010 inch
Production Rates:
50,000 parts per hour with a multi cavity steel rule die.
