Description:
A high temperature gasket that makes a seal between a thermostat controller and a vat. It prevents hot cooking grease from seeping out at the thermostat.
Application:
Commercial deep fryer. Other applications include appliance applications which require a high temperature seal. The material is rated to temperatures of 500° Fahrenheit.
Material Used:
.187 inch thick AMS 3196 Silicone sponge, medium density.
Other Materials:
Other thicknesses available. Other materials include solid silicone rubber.
Tolerances:
± .015 inch
Production Rates:
1,500 pieces per hour with existing tooling.
