Description:
A one piece barrier designed to prevent accidental access to the magnetron of a microwave oven. This one piece scored design has cutouts and replaces two separate pieces.
Application:
Consumer microwave oven and other appliances where an anti-intrusion barrier is necessary.
Material Used:
.031 inch thick cellulose fiber composite
Other Materials:
Other thicknesses available. Other materials include compressed fiber and fish paper.
Tolerances:
± .020 inch.
Production Rates:
1,000 pieces per hour with existing tooling.
