Compressor Gasket Nested Set
Description:
A custom die cut set of gaskets that provides a seal for Chlorofluorcarbon (CFC) and Hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants in a compressor. This nested configuration of gaskets separates into several individual gaskets. This allows for a better material usage and results in reduced manufacturing costs through higher production efficiency.
Application:
Commercial walk-in freezer compressors. Also, any compressor application requiring sealing of CFC and HFC refrigerants. This nested die cut configuration can also help reduce material costs in many other materials and many other types of applications.
Material Used:
.0625 inch thick premium grade compressed non-asbestos sheet manufactured with synthetic fibers using a neoprene rubber binder.
Other Materials:
Other binders include Nitrile, SBR, EDPM, and Hypalon.
Tolerances:
± .015 inch
Production Rates:
15,000 sets per day with existing tooling.
