Description:
Die cut gasket provides an effective seal on a T4 valve. Used on test equipment for the semiconductor industry via the gross-leak precondition system. This test checks to insure a hermetic seal on a semiconductor chip. The test looks for cracks, pinholes, and surface damage.
Application:
Semiconductor test equipment and military electronic test equipment. Also has application on many other custom valve/manifold configurations for a variety of applications.
Material Used:
Diaphragm sheet Nitrile on Nylon .032 inch thick.
Other Materials:
Solid Neoprene and silicone rubber elastomers.
Tolerances:
± .020 inch

20,000 parts per day with existing tooling.
