Rectifier Bus Bar Long Length Insulator
Description:
A die cut flame retardant plastic combining high dielectric resistance with mechanical strength. This part also provides thermal management by distance through air spacing. This rectifier bus bar insulator exceeds one meter in length.
Application:
A barrier for an AC input bus on a telecommunications rectifier. This type of dielectric shield has other applications where isolation and separation of bus bars are required.
Material Used:
U.L. recognized Polypropylene with a flammability rating of 94V-0, low water absorption (0.06%), and high dielectric strength (1460 V per mil).

± .010 inch on dimensions with a material thickness of .030 ±0.002 inch.
Production Rates:
2,000 pieces per day with existing tooling.
