- Description:
- A flexible EMI/RFI o-ring seal that shields gaps with low closure force on an electronic enclosure. These hollow gaskets compensate for a lack of uniformity between mating surfaces.
- Application:
- Used as an EMI/RFI seal on an electronic enclosure to compensate for irregular mating surfaces. This part is a cost effective design alternative to a molded in place EMI/RFI seal. The part eliminates the large tooling and setup costs involved with a molded in place seal.
- Material Used:
- Fluorosilicone elastomer with a silver-aluminum filler .125 ID x .062 inch wall thickness.
- Other Materials:
- Fluorosilicone elastomer with a silver-copper filler.

- ± .062 inch

- 300 parts per day hand assembled with existing tooling.
