Description:

Die cut head strap and diaphragms facilitate the design of a low cost mask. The head strap, manufactured from a white natural rubber, provides for a light weight design that can easily conform to different size heads. The diaphragms, manufactured from a tan natural rubber, are low cost and reliable.

Application:

The white natural rubber die cut strap finds use in Resuscitator Mask applications and many other medical applications that require a quick reliable attachment of a device to a patient.

Material Used:

Head strap manufactured from a 1/16 inch thick White Natural Rubber. Diaphragms manufactured from a 1/32 inch thick Tan Natural Rubber.

Other Materials:

FDA Buna Rubber or Silicone Rubber
