Flange Gasket, U-Trough End

Description:

Large flexible gasket that makes an effective mechanical seal between two flanges and reduces vibration transmission.

Application:

Screw Conveyor U-troughs. Gasket compensates for tolerances on screw conveyor U-troughs. It provides for an effective seal between the trough flanges. The gasket keeps the material being conveyed from falling out of the trough. It also reduces vibration and noise. Also, many other applications requiring the joining of mating flange surfaces.

Material Used:

.125" thick Red Rubber.

Other Materials:

Neoprene, Viton^® (Viton is a registered trademark of DuPont Dow Elastomers), Buna, Sponge, Polyurethane, and compressed non-asbestos fiber.

Tolerances:

± .010"

Production Rates:
