Die Cut Electrostatic Shield

Description:

A laminated die cut part consisting of .002" thick aluminum center sandwiched with .010" thick PVC. The PVC provides insulating properties while the Aluminum provides effective EMI and electrostatic shielding.

Application:

Telecommunications. Also, other applications including Aerospace, Military, and additional applications requiring an enclosure that provides for an electrostatic shield.

Material Used:

PVC laminate with aluminum center that is flame retardant and UL listed.

Other Materials:

Mylar® sandwiched aluminum (Mylar is a registered trademark of DuPont).

Tolerances:

± .015"

Production Rates:

Over 2,000 pieces per day with existing steel rule die tooling.
