Description:

This automotive air conditioner compressor gasket is resistant to freon and is R-134a refrigerant compatible. The material has a temperature rating of up to 500° Farenheit.

Application:

Automotive Air Conditioner Compressors. Also, many other HVAC/R applications requiring R-134a refrigerant compatability.

Material Used:

.032" compressed non-asbestos fiber bonded with various elastomers. Other thicknesses available range from .015" to .125".

Other Materials:

Beater Addition & Cellulose Fibers.

Tolerances:

± .015"

Production Rates:

Over 2,500 pieces per hour with existing steel rule die tooling.
