EMI/RFI Shielded Flange Gasket Assembly

Description:

This spot welded assembly consists of an aluminum cad plated frame with a monel wire mesh. The assembly shields enclosed electronics from outside EMI/RFI interference. In addition, the assembly functions as a stop to prevent any over compressing of the gasket.

Military, Aerospace, Special commercial.

Material Used:

6063-T6 Aluminum frame with a monel mesh bulb sealing surface.

Other Materials:

Other aluminum alloys, Inconel, or particle dispersed in a rubber matrix.
